Barbara Beretich is possessed of many strengths. Her instinct allows her to fly towards her goal and to reach it in all innocence, because she obeys an inner calling. She does not need to know why or how, her desire has the power to get her there. Does that mean she doesn’t analyze or study? Not at all, since an unquenchable curiosity makes her absorb all that she looks at or reads. Her hands are powerful and give shape to well organized volumes. She is a sculptor, someone who breathes life into simple clay: a cat, a bird, a woman, a portrait of Gertrude Stein. She is not satisfied until she reaches a final realization through the ringing finality of bronze.

Her instinct allows her to fly towards her goal and to reach it in all innocence, because she obeys an inner calling. She does not need to know why or how, her desire has the power to get her there.

Barbara has reached the point when her innocence and knowledge have become one, when her many strengths are no longer each other's limits, when she has enough self-confidence to become playful, since she has seen in the mirror of her consciousness that she can like herself with the certainty that we her, friends, all love her.
